Information We Collect

Agata Stack does not collect any personal data. All data stays on your device.

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the application and fulfill your license
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for license verification, fraud prevention, and app stability

Data Retention

Agata Stack stores all data locally on your Mac. Service configurations, logs, stream rule history, and preferences never leave your device. AI diagnosis requests are sent directly to your configured provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or local Ollama) — Agata Hexe Studio never receives this data.

Children’s Privacy

Agata Stack does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected].
